The company

Black Lab Solutions didn't start as a startup. We began as the internal IT operation behind three Texas care companies — Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW), Lifespan Home Care, and CDS in Texas — running their infrastructure, help desk, and compliance obligations, and spun off as a separate company in November 2025.

The spin-out's first-year result: the group's overall IT budget came down by roughly $100,000, with 400+ workstations and 40+ servers under management across all three companies. All three are named with their written permission; we do not identify clients otherwise. That's the model we sell, proven on ourselves first — monitoring that pages us before your team notices, documentation you can inspect, and response targets written into every agreement.
